So . . . when Feedbackula uses people's comments on a page that gamespot receives ad dollars on, should those people be compensated for their original ideas?
How about when a movie company films a neighborhood where I painted the houses. Do they owe me money?. Those houses wouldn't look like that if I hadn't painted them.

What's the incentive to buy digital for a console?
Cheaper price? No.
That's what was being touted 10 years ago. The devs and gaming sites were all saying how much cheaper games would be when we could just download them - that turned out to be a big fat lie, didn't it? They've actually gone UP in price.
Easier to manage? No. Not unless you keep updating your hard drive
Easy to loan game to friend? No
Easy to trade/resell? No
What about people with download caps and slow connections? (which is most people on Earth) They'll have to pay extra just to download 1 game. . . . and forget downloading 2 or 3 for Christmas - that's WAY past their download limit.
For console - there is no incentive to buy digital
