30 fps, black bars, and goddamn QTE's are next gen now. QTE's!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know the thing you all made fun of months ago! You are all sick in the head.
Exactly.
The black bars are what are really stupid. This game was MADE FOR PEOPLE WITH 16:9 TELEVISIONS !!!
There's no excuse for the stupid bars at the top and bottom of the screen.
1) Katrina didn't hit New Orleans, - it hit Mississippi, which got hammered
- that's why the supply trucks were so far from New Orleans when the levees over topped in NO. . . . .But every news story since then, has said that "Katrina slammed into New Orleans" - which is a flat out lie. I live down here, and I can tell you - Katrina did NOT slam into New Orleans.
2) The levees didn't overtop until the next night, after Katrina was already gone -
- and all news agencies, including the New Orleans newspaper (Times-Picayune) reported,
"Katrina Misses New Orleans". . . .
3) The people in New Orleans didn't bother to fill up jugs of water for their families - just in case the water supply was contaminated . . they were too busy partying
4) Ray Naggin "the sissy mayor", hid in his penthouse for three days, and didn't even bother trying to evacuate the people, even after Bush begged him to do so
What this means is that verizon (who brought the suit) and other ISPs have the ability to give priority to certain services. I think that ISPs should be able to give priority to things like mobile TV (such as nfl mobile for verizon) or other services to ensure that they work as intended. If Sony or Micorosft wants to pay to have more bandwidth for PSN or Xbox Live on a network and take a little bandwidth away from something else (like youtube or whatever), I don't see why the shouldn't be able to.
Companies that start charging for certain content they simply pass through their network will go out of business becaues no one will use them. The freemarket should take care of the major problems.
Exactly.
Unfortunately, kids get their news from places like the comedy channel and MTV, so they have no idea about how things actually work.
