"You're not very ladylike at all. I felt like I was fighting against a guy…" Again, you're taking it out of context. Keeping in line with the idea the she's female, it means she's very rough and tough, a metaphorical beast. Hence, she's not very lady-like from a conventional standpoint. I'm sure many in real life, have come across a lady who could swing a few, and thought "Damn, that chick fights like a man". That's what this quote refers to. I understand and can respect the fact that people struggle with identity issues; that a person can strongly feel that they are spiritually a woman, although being physically a man. Some opt for surgery to help achieve that comfort. However, when it comes to how others identify with that individual, it's not cool for a person to try and impose themselves, and pretty much say that a person has to view them a woman. Doing so suggests that there is no line of reasoning to a person who sees otherwise, as if their views are based in pure animosity and stupidity. Do many of us appreciate what you're struggling to overcome? Yes. Do you have the right to be respected and allowed to pursue what makes you feel at peace with yourself? Absolutely. Do we have to view you strictly along the lines that a transgender female is simply a woman? No. Doing that simplifies something that isn't as easy to sum up. It's like asking people to ignore how you got to that point, and to just call you female/male. That part of it doesn't make sense to me.

I started a new comment so as to not overflow the other I'm gonna post a few of the quotes you cited and point out how you may have misinterpreted them. 1. "She may look like a finely curved woman, but looks can be deceiving." - This to me merely implies that although she's a curvaceous lady, one that you may find to be dainty, and faint of heart, don't let that fool you. On the contrary, she's a very tough chick, one with little problem holding her own. Not what you're trying to make it out as being

I'm sorry but nothing from the quotes this person refers indicates that Poison is a transgender character. On top of that, nothing in the article, referencing her history, serves as proof that she is transgender either. With all due respect, I think that you are taking these quotes out of context and are forcefully trying to make an issue out of something, based on Poison's alleged transgender identity. -
