I thought up some more things to continue my "Things I don't understand" blog. This time it's not only about entertainment things. Don't have much else to say other than here they are.

1. Why is it when a comedy movie is rated R, they feel the need to bombard every joke with constant F-bombs? I've heard plenty of good jokes actually ruined by a F-bomb drop. Does a movie really need over 100 F words said? Honestly.

2. Why don't people use common sense and not do things they know are bad? Like doing drugs, joining a gang, etc.

3. Why is rap so popular? I'm not saying it's dumb or anything, though. I know the beat may be good, but those lyrics are disgusting, in some songs. Racist, sexist, extreme sexual content, etc.

4. Here's one I think we all may think of. Why do random guys somehow gain the power to be willing to kill other people out of nowhere in some action movies? Especially when they were just an office worker a few days before.

5. This one is serious. Why do people just ignore when something bad happens to another person? I saw a video where a guy was hit in a hit-and-run accident, and no one helped him for over five minutes. They just drove or walked on by. Finally someone helped him. Sad thing is he died later on due to his injuries. Some people are screwed in the head sometimes. :(

6. Here's another I think we've all seen. Why is it when famous people are caught cheating, doing illegal drugs, and other things like that, it is made into such a big deal? I know cheating is bad, and doing drugs and other things are bad, but lots of random people do them. They make it such a big deal, but when they are sent to jail for what they did, they only got for a few days to a few weeks, then are released, when normal people like you and I would go to jail for several months, maybe even a few years for the same thing. I know they are famous, but we're all humans, and I find it extremely unfair.

Is it just me or does this blog seem kind of downer today? Maybe it's just me because I'm in an off mood. I should do something to cheer myself up.

This one is by Rush, a seriously under-rated band from Canada. They really should have more credit because they have several things going for them. A great guitar player, an awesome drummer, and an amazing bass player, with unique vocal. This song has been seen on Guitar Hero 2, and I think one of the Rock Band games. It's an instrumental, so they don't sing, but it is still good. By the way, they do technically say the name of the song, as the first verse is Morse code for Y-Y-Z.

My dad took me to see Star Trek this morning. Before you think "What are you doing?! You're a Star Wars fan, not a Trekkie!" You should know, this movie was great!

I really did enjoy this movie. I don't go to the movies often so this was a great choice. The action was great, CGI was awesome, and the story was pretty good. Both my dad and I think it was a great sci-fi movie. Nothing will ever be as good as Star Wars in my eyes, but this movie really did make me see Star Trek in a whole new light. It had all the original characters, from Kirk to Spock to Scotty. It also had the random red shirts, who we know ALWAYS DIE. I won't spoil it, but trust me, if you were to join Star Fleet, don't wear red. :P

Overall this was a great movie. I would not be surprised if it one a few Academy Awards for special effects and CGI next year. I highly recomend it for anyone. It's worth it.

By the way, it had a preview to the comedy Year One in the previews. That one looks pretty funny, I want to see that now. Transformers too.

It may be a few days late, but the 22nd was my 2 year anniversary to joining TV.com back in 2007. I'm glad to have gotten this far. I dare not leave now, and I will be gravly upset if I were to be banned. I have made over 50 blogs, have over 2,300 posts, and I'm up to level 16. I may not level up as much as others, in fact I know of some people who joined over a year after me and is double my level, but I do not plan to leave any time soon. This is still one of my favourite websites, dispite the changes.

Anyway, I could go on and on about things. This is my first blog party, and I do not know everything that is meant to go on in it, so just post some comments, then post some more. I've been blogging a lot lately, in fact, this is one of the only times I've blogged twice in a single day.

I forgot to make a blog for my two year anniversary on the 22nd. (Holy crap I spelled anniversary without the ABC Check!) I'm surprised I missed this. I was just telling my self on the 15th. "Almost time, I wonder what I should do." And yet I forget. lol

Now I would like to thank some people. I would like to thank everyone on my friends list. :D I'm glad to know so many nice people. From the first friends I've made, to the most recent, I'm glad to have met you. Thank you all for the comments in my blogs, and thank you all for being my friends. :D

As for my discovery. As I said in my last blog, I am very tall, and, I admit, I weigh quite a bit, but I've found something that really helps my self esteem. Due to research I've done on the Internet, I've discovered that being "Big Boned" is real, it really is a trait people gain from birth in life. Before you laugh, hear me out. I really have big bones. My skull is big and hard, my wrists are large, my leg bones are thick and long, my finger bones are thick, and it goes to all the bones in my body. I'm just large, without being obese. My bones are making up for much of my mass, and my height. And my height also makes up for parts of my weight as well, so that's a double wammy on me.

So, overall, if someone tells you they are just "big boned," don't laugh, because it may be true. :D

Waffels, Pancakes, or French Toast? I'm going to have to go with pancakes. I love me some buttermilk pancakes. (I like mine nice and dark brown)

Skin Colour? I've been told I'm pretty fly for a white guy. :P Yeah, I'm white.

Eye Colour? I have greyish blue eyes. In other words pale blue. :)

Hair Colour? Dirty blonde.

In any relationships yet? Nope, not at the moment. (But that doesn't mean I'm not interested in the lovely opposite sex. ;) )

Current age? I'm just over 17 1/2. I'll be 18 in October.

Height & Weight? I'm 6' 3", so I'm pretty tall. I am just over 220 lbs. But I'm not fat, I am just a big guy. You know, strong legs, wide sholders, etc. My height also pays tribute to my weight, since being so tall also increses your weight. (That's why the tallest guy in the world is over 300 pounds dispite being skinny. Food for thought. :) ) Please don't say I'm just using excuses. It's the truth. Trust me. :D

Favourite band? Hard choice. I think it's a tie for first with The Who, Rush, and Pink Floyd. I can't chose just one.

Favourite vacation spot? Probably Nags Head. I love beach houses. The Smokey Mountains is a close second.

Favourite anime? I have a lot of favourite anime, but my current favourite is probably Code Geass. I love the characters and story. :D

Favourite colour? Hmm... Probably red. Yes red. :)

Favourite breakfast food? Hard choice... I think I'll have to go with fried eggs. As a full meal, my favourite breakfast is fried eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage gravy and biscuits. :D

Who is my favourite person on this website? To be honest I'm not the type of person to choose one person over another. So to be perfectly honest, I cannot answer this question. I do not like to leave people behind. (Which is why I hope a zombie attack does not come, since I will probably die for a friend or family member) So I will choose everyone. I choose everyone in my friends list, because I like you all, and I cannot choose just one. :D

I've been thinking of things, lately, things that I just don't understand. Things in movies, TV shows, and video games. Things that just don't make sense or just seem weird.

Here are some things I don't fully understand in movies, video games, and on TV. Some might be spoilers, so I'll try to use the spoiler thing just in came.

1. Pretty much everything on LOST. There a far too many to discribe. If you watch it, you know what I mean.

2. I don't understand why the characters in Pokemon are always happy. I'm not bashing the show at all, but it just seems weird how Ash or anyone never wakes up on the wrong side of the bed pissed off or something. Even if something bad happens, by the end of the episode they are happy. HOW CAN ANYONE BE THAT HAPPY?!?! lol :P

3. This one is probably a spoiler to anyone not up to date, or who hasn't finished Code Geass and is still watching it. So only work if you know, have watched, or don't plan on watching it. I could not get the spoiler thing to work, and I put it in white. So just click and highlight the space between this paragraph, and #4, and it'll show.

Why the Black Knights betrayed Lelouch so easily. Sure, most of the evedence is against him, but how do they know? How do they not think that their enemy is just saying these things to get them to give up Lelouch/Zero? As and example: It's like Hitler coming to the Congress in America and saying the President was really just using us in WW2. Who would you belive? Enemy or the guy who has led you to several victories?

4. In the first Halo game, why is it when you have a squad or team of "buddies" with you in a level, and you have to leave them behind for them to "hold the area." But when you go back, they are always all dead, with no dead enemies' bodies either.

5. I love Star Wars but... Why do the rebels worry about shields in the first (Episode 4) Star Wars movies when they attack the Death Star? They still die with one, maybe two hits from the TIE Fighters.

6. If the park has raptors, a T-Rex, and other big dinosaurs, why doesn't Jurassic Park have some bigger guns, just in case, and not just a few shotguns?

7. Why didn't the Fellowship just ride those big Eagles to Mount Doom and just hop off, throw the One Ring into the lava, then run out? They only have a few of those flying things the Black Riders use, a small army of giant Eagles could easily take them out.

8. Why don't Ed Edd n' Eddy just use their own money to buy Jawbreakers? I've seen them use money that they didn't scam off people.

9. Why don't the good guys use the Dragonballs to wish for unlimited wishes in Dragonball Z?

10. Why, in RPG games, do random people ask a random stranger to help them do something? "You need me to find your gold? Sure!" How do they not think I might just take the gold for myself? They don't know me, or in this case my character.

Well, that's a few things I don't understand. What are things that confuse you in movies, video games, TV, books, etc? Anything is a good answer. :D

I've been thinking of some ironic things lately, so I thought I'd share some things I fine to be truely ironic.

1) That is inflamable the same as flamable.

2) When kids can't wait, and wants to grow up, but then wants to be a kids when they become an adult.

3) When a savior helps a person, the attention goes to the savior and not the victim.

4) When a parent scolds their kid for something, but then turn around and do the same thing right in front of the kid. (Such as cussing, watching a bad TV show, playing violent video games, etc)

5) When ou try really hard to be quiet because someone is sleeping, but you end up making more sound then if you walked normally.

Well, yet again it's the time of year when we see what Fall shows are cancelled. This year, two more shows I really liked have been cancelled.

Terminator The Sarah Conner Chronicles. I think FOX ending this show is really stupid. The new movie just came out today! I'm sure it'll be a blockbuster, which would boost ratings for next season. I think they should have kept it on for at least one more season, just to see if they would rise.

Another show, The Unit, has been ended too. Which sucks even more. This show was awesome. Full of action and twists. It had good ratings, but from what I know, it was ended to find a better show. I see all kinds of bad shows continue, and good ones ended. They should have kept this one. It was one of the few shows to make my mom cry when a main character died. The others being 24, Prison Break, and LOST.

I hate seeing good shows ended. And not only the show, but the story. If they have to end a good show with a story, and not just random episodes, like sitcoms are, they should make a TV movie or something, at least to wrap up to story. It'd make people happy just to see that.

I've finally leveled up to levle 16, Chuch Lady. This level emblem lies since I'm not a womam. But it is still nice to go to a next level. As a gift for myself I got this new totally freaking awesome new banner from The Return of the King. Let us take a moment to look at the awesomeness. hehehe :P

As for the next part of the blog, I've been thinking of the bannings lately. People look like they are being banned for no reason, what-so-ever. I can understand Staff and Mods pushing the rules to make sure we follow them, but I've heard of some people being banned for some pretty dumb reasons. Also giving out TOS's for bad reasons too. It just seems to be getting out of hand and unfair. I don't understand it. Almost seems as if people are abusing their power on the website.

Also, I'm thinking of doing something like a "Song of the Day" in future blogs. I don't plan to blog everyday, however, I just mean when I do blog I'll post a link to a song. I don't care for music videos, so sometimes it'll be just lyrics, or a picture of the album cover. I just want the original recording. It's the songs themselves I want people to hear. Don't be looking for just any song, though. I know lots of songs, many of which I know other people like, but for the most part it'll be classic rock songs. I might have a country song, or a rap song I just happen to like sometimes, but like I said, it'll mostly be classic rock and classic metal. I hope some of you like them. :D
