I don't know if they are completely fixed, but I know they have at least started to. I was able to sign in and access Home this morning. (I am in the United States)
For example, I am playing the game and I want to enter the DK code. Do I need to pull up a certain screen first or can I just enter it during the gameplay?
Also, when it says something like "L and R + up", how exactly do I enter that? Does that mean I am supposed to press R and Up while holding L?
