If you hate any game console you're a loser.

There are better things to hate.... things that aren't inanimate boxes of plastic and metal.

If you don't like the Wii, don't buy it. Someone who sits around hating a toy they do not own and never plan on buying needs to reevaluate how he spends his time.

I've been sitting here trying to wrap my head around what the Hell this post means and I think I broke a blood vessel.

So those aren't official NPD numbers, or NPD numbers at all..... but they're what a few analysts believe the NPD numbers will be?

I'm not saying they won't be similar to the real numbers, but I just want to make sure I'm reading that right.

This has probally got to be the most overated game this side of gears. Nothing but a glorified tech demo. "But but teh physics and gravity gun" you say, give me a ******* break. Lame."But but teh game never breaks from Gordens perspective". Plenty of games have done this, and better at that. Breakdown did a better job with  this effect dispite the game lacking in several different areas. The game is hardly a FPS, and what it shares with this genre, it average and basic. The core shooting action is rather pathetic compared to other FPSs. And if I wanted to play a puzzle game, I'd go play Luminies. Seriously, the love for this game is incredibly unwarrented. ninjaxams

There's nothing for anyone to "get over," you just have horrible tastes. There's no accounting for taste after all.

There's a reason so many people love it and it is so acclaimed - because it's widely accepted as one of the best FPS games in years and years. Get over it.

Jesus.... I know people always rail on like idiots about how Nintendo is so "Kiddy" or whatever, and 99% of the time I don't care what a game is rated so long as it's fun but I honestly don't think I could stomach playing that for more than 2.3 seconds.

It's so cutsie and childish it's nauseating.

This "capturing the non-gamer" approach can obviously go too far. The Wii has been doing that a lot lately. Enough.

Like I said before.... if you were really Hell bent on squeezing HD out of the consoles you could just use that PC monitor.

Of course it's more powerful - it costs three times as much (more actually) than a 360.

If you want HD with the console you don't need that expensive HDTV either, you can use that same monitor he included in that PC list.

This setup will even kill a PS3 or a 360 in sli mode.
