[QUOTE="Burnt_Star"][QUOTE="Jipset"]What's your ethnicity if you don't mind me asking?Pyro767
Would the content of my post honestly change that much if you knew?

As a matter of fact, yes. Yes it would.

How so? I honestly don't see it being any more biased regardless of what race I belong to, if I'm only attracted to one type of person wouldn't it be equally as shallow across all ethnicities?

I think they should be able to be hitched, just not married. Marriage should be a man to woman thing. Name the gay hitching whatever they, the gays, wanna call it.

I still think "butt-buddies" would be the most enjoyable term...

Though the image is fairly ridiculous, people have the right to freedom of speech

Yes but Google is a business and they can decide what they publish.

This

Therefore they can publish this image along with thousands of other offensive images at their will, who honestly cares whether someone is offended? I honestly doubt Google is going to delete content to make the internet that .1% more tolerant, for heaven's sake "All muslims must die" is still a Google search suggestion. Get over it.

Should Google censor itself to please the sheep who consider any content ridiculing the Obama's to be "offensive?"

I rarely find guys who aren't within my own race attractive, and since the features I'm most attracted are within my own race I don't see any reason to, perhaps I'm shallow but it's impossible for me to really click with a person unless there is at least a small attraction.

[QUOTE="Burnt_Star"]

He was literally nominated the day after he was inaugerated, it was awarded to him for the potential to do good as well as talking about easing tensions in the Middle east, in other words a stab at Bush while insulting those much more deserving of the award.

bluezy

It's not like they decided on it the day the nominations went in. They nominated him based on the potential to do good, but he won based on his efforts to improve international relations as well as nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament.

I think I already stated effort is irrelavent to accomplishment, Bush made efforts towards winning this war for the last 8 years, hasn't mean he accomplished it. Regardless of what hes accomplished now at the time he was nominated he was merely an icon with a voice, now he's not that much different, he continues to speak of easing tensions but so far all he's done is eliminate a missle shield. Besides his country is still in a war, last I checked thats not a synonym for a pece.

Eh, the awarding committee obviously thought his effort was worthy of it. Also, unrelated, but why do people take it out on Obama for being awarded it? T_P_O
Any politician running for office can make a bag load off empty promises of the things they'll attempt when in office, in fact its somewhat natural for them to do so. It was obviously a stab at Bush, Obama hadn't and hasn't accomplished anything worthy of the award, especially in comparison to other nominees for the award. I've got nothing against O'bummer but I'd prefer the committee as well as his supporters didn't glorify him with major awards for literally no reason.

But seriously, he's made a real effort to improve international relations.

T_P_O

Effort =/= Accomplishment, even if the guy had contributed some good the nomination was obviously premature, it's just going to raise the expectations he's already failing to meet.
