I posted this in another thread but didnt get a responce so hopefully someone can answer it for me here. I dont really understand why Sega and other game developers dont put an online mode in their fighting games. Sure they say they dont wanna ruin the experience because the gameplay will be laggy, but I just dont believe that. I mean look at games like RFoM and GeOW. They have way more action and things going on yet I rarely experience any kind of lag. So how can a simple one on one fighting game be so taxing on the network that it would lag so horribly? So unless I'm missing something here I'm gonna have to call it lazyness on the part of the developers.
