The XL is still pretty new. I'd like to see them make a normal-sized 3DS with the design of the XL, but that will most likely not happen.

If there was going to be a new 3DS, it would have probably been announced today during the Nintendo Direct.

Either way, I am still pumped for this video game.

I thought I would take a picture of my blue XL by DJ_Lae's picture for people who want to comare them. My photo isn't very good, but maybe it will help people with comparison.

I am actually going through the whole process of deciding what color I want because my Blue XL's (the one in the photo) screen just started getting this purple distortion when the 3D is off. I'm going to return it, but I am (again) deciding what color to go for.

Then if the covered system fits, I'll put it in another case (like your Mario one) as well. Sorry if that sounds confusing.

For games, Super Mario 3D Land is pretty good, so it's a good choice for the promotion. I already have it, so I'm going to get Starfox myself. Standard Pokemon games like Black and White 2 (the newest ones) are always great and addicting. I'm playing Fire Emblem Awakening right now and am liking it. I also got Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, but it's not the best and I recommend getting a normal Pokemon game over it. I plan on getting Monster Hunter 3 soon. For FPS games like Call of Duty and Battlefield, there are not many on the 3DS. There aren't any good ones on Vita either though.

Good job getting the 3DS XL instead of the Vita by the way. I have both, and I like the 3DS more because of how many games are available for it. There is barely anything good on the Vita for the time being.

CS is really fun when you get used to it. I have loads of hours put into all CS games. If you decide you really don't like it, there are always source mods like zombie mode and jailbreak. All modes can become addicting.

That's a good idea. I'd perfer some kind of polish though.

It's not too noticable and I doubt anyone who has had their 3DS for more than a month hasn't gotten any scratches. I guess I can get over it.

If there are any ways of removing the scratch that people know of, I'd really like to know though.

The green Peacewalker PSP was so slick, I wish I had a 3DS of the same colour.
