Haze will probably be a good solid A-AA title but not triple AAA material. I base this on GS scores for Free Radical's past works (ordered from oldest to most recent scores):
TimeSplitters - 8.2
TimeSplitters 2 - 8.7
Second Sight - 7.3
TimeSplitters: Future Perfect: 8.1
You forgot the punchline.
.... astoundingly crappy is what you should have said.

While you are right in some aspect, you're twisting things. There were 360s readily available throughout the US by the end of the holiday season. They weren't selling out through March. The 360s sales didn't rise all through last year until about September. The 360 is NOT a sales machine. It's not really doing that well currently, and it certainly got off to a very poor start. i_like_pizza
Well, you could have fooled me since I wasn't able to get my Xbox 360 until April last year.
Also, excuse me but the Xenos does not equal every new GPU that comes out. This has been going on for too long. First the lemmings said the Xenos equaled an x800 when that came out, then an x1800, then an x1900 when in came out, and now it's supposed to equal a r600. Xenos is a r500 modified with some direct-x 10 features.Frunku
While Xenos is not fully an R600 GPU, it's much closer to the R600 than to any of the other class of ATI GPU's currently out in the market due to the inclusion of the 48 unified pixel shader pipes. Unified shaders are, IMO, the fundamental differentiator between current gen cards and next gen cards. That and of course DX10 support, which Xenos has some support for (e.g. the support for SM 4.0). Thus the reason why many, including myself, compare the Xenos with the R600.
