Newegg.com  Nothing can hold a candle to it.

Please help me: Is there a noticable difference between a ATI X1950 pro 256mb and the 512 mb? Is the 512 mb worth the extra $40 for gaming on a budget?

I am buying a pc to build. I have a little room to move, $$$ wise, so what do you think I could upgrade?
AMD4200+ 2GBWintec RAM HIS Radeon X1950 Pro plus my Case and my Rosewill 500W PSU?

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16811147001   How many fans should I add?

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16817182016

Also, how much should I expect a local place to build this? $200?

Thanks guys I did not see that. BTW, not buying a new monitor and using the old one in order to acheive better cpu and gpu is a smart move, right?

and for input it has 15 pin mini D-sub. the video card has dvi slots, so does this mean it is a no-go?
