You could get Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines. Its 4 years old i think but it looks ok probably around morrowind status. Its a good game and its different.whitey_rolls

It's the same engine! Of course it will rule. I am just glad to see WWII taking a back seat. Holy tired! DOW2 will be amazing and should appeal to every RTS fan.
Best as far as what is availabale now. Older games just can't hold a candle to newer ones. It's like saying which do you like better, your model T Ford or you new sports car. C& C generals was fantastic too. Got rid of the stupid Tiberium.
Having played both games, I can say I prefer Homeworld due to the 3 dimensions - Everything in Sins is on 1 plane. I also think that Homeworld has an excellent campaign and story, as opposed to Sins which hasn't got a campaign to speak of.
Sins is cool for epic battles and long-lasting "skirmishes (if you can even call it that)" though. Plus, it has many more units, an extra faction and more faction diversity.

One dimension? What game did you play? Sins is just as 3D as Homeworld.
delete Vista, install XP. No more problems playing any games. I got rid of Vista after a week because of all the problems(that is a rediculous endevor if you upgraded from XP upgrade to a Vista upgrade. even the tech support in India was confused). Never had a problem with XP. Vista is this generations Windows Millenium. Remember how Millenium was prepackaged with all new computers then? Where is it now? Trash.
