Sounds like "The Witcher" but some details don't seem to match...

I always play at 1360x768, already tried to play with higher resolutions once but it started to hurt my eyes and i had to pretty much stick my face on the monitor just to see the text on that dam tinny crap.

Actually this is the usual behavior of AC 1 and 2, there was a couple of threads on GFaq and GSpot boards about this but i think no one ever found a way to change it at all.

I would say the best way would be a mix of better education about piracy on shools, better pricing and finding ways to improve the customer interest in actually buying the game, like better collector editions and so on.

Maybe Stalker? It's a FPS with lots of exploration and backtracking, plus the envolving atmosphere.

Most crack groups have people "infiltrated" on game stores, game review companies and so on, which get the game like a week before release, so they just grab a copy, make a iso, and put back on the storage before someone realize.
