I remember a similar thing happening with Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 DLC, it seems stupid that the contract expirations affect already created content but then again what do I know I majored in Music Ed not Business or Law.

@deusvex: Yeah I've come around to the idea, I think I was most dissapointed because they didn't get Jon Ham from Mad Men to play him. But then again he probably would have only made a good Bruce Wayne, he didn't really have the physical build for Batman.
