[QUOTE="Murderstyle75"] Or the burglar wouldn't have the balls to show up on the first place. While everybody has access to a knife, how many knife crimes do you even hear about. And I do want to make one thing clear. I'm not completely against guns. I just don't believe the constitution was ever intended for personal protection. It was meant to overthrow an unjust government which our society is not armed to fight against. Murderstyle75

 dude there's a huge amount of knife crimes in the UK.

Meanwhile Brits see around 550 murders a year. We get more than that just in Detroit. America has over 12000 murders a year even with strong gun ownership.

IIRC the gun laws in Detroit are fairly strict, Also the number of murders in the US had been dropping. In 1992 it was at 23,000. Also the the number voilent cirmes had fallen, I read that it fell like 25%.

It's been 73 years, Move on.

Europe did and we're no longer pointing fingers at Italy or Germany and going " Bad, you are bad"

Treflis

The problem is Germany acknowledge them, and a mayor of a major German City wasn't saying they were necessary.

So many Vader haters out there. This is easy, Darth Vader would win easy, Maul is pretty much a pawn, and I would say he is half the man Vader is.

[QUOTE="-Renegade"][QUOTE="Rich3232"] And why exactly would they do that? Rich3232
they show you what they are planning right before it happens, this isnt the first time a tv show has predicted an event before it happens. also fixed the link.

Okay but why?

Because the best way to keep your secret evil hidden plan of evilness is the best way to keep it secret. It works in movies and video games, and Alex Jones said it is true.

Of course he was unarmed.  He was also able to climb out of the boat on his own after hours of hiding out there, get pinned on the ground, stomach down while he was handcuffed.  Then we are told that he had already been shot 2 or 3 times at this point, including in the throat.  What a joke.  Of course the story is falling apart.

hartsickdiscipl

If this is all one big conspiracy, why did the man release photos of the guy climbing out, and why didn't they just plant the weapon. I know these are questions you don't want to hear, you just want to blindly follow Alex Jones like a Sheep, but there are just so many holes in these conspiracy stuff.

Despite being a war criminal and bringing about the biggest recession in a century he did a lot of good in Africa WRT HIV. Pretty bad President overall, though.

Nuck81

He's not a war criminal. And he didn't cause the recession, it happened due to factors outside of his control.

No but he did turn a budget surpluss into a Billion dollar Deficit

Hey he didn't do that alone the democrats in congress helped out on that.

That is a false flag story to cover up the fact that Big Foot faked the moon landing at Area 51. :)

But seriously stuff like that is why conspiracy theories pop up. The 24 Hour News want to get the news first and report on pretty much everything, so the people who come up with these "thories" use those, and sometimes make a lot of money from gullible people. (see Alex Jones)

1: I'll have to accept your word - I don't live in the US and am not intricately familiar with the US legislation. What I CAN say is the proposed changes reflect the Australasian standard, which restricts access until certain requirements are met (Member of approved gun club for several years, 2 endorsements for E-Cat weaponry, independent testing for all applicants, etc). It works, and it works incredibly well, to the point where I am 100% confident in saying that responsible weapon handlers would have NOTHING to fear, and the wider population plenty to gain, by enforced legislation. 2: The holes in the self defense theory are myriad (Chances of said incident are infintesimally low, assault rifle is a poor choice in event of said scenario, almost demands a loss of life scenario), but as the assertion was target shooting, I'll say that from my time in the military, target grading was scored on a grouping of 5 rounds, despite firing from a semi-automatic mode of fire from a Steyr AUG with a 30 round magazine. So while I'd agree that it can be useful in a target shooting setting, it's far from necessary or even advantageous (As someone whose main rifle for target/hunting is an ex-service Lee-Enfield .303, which is aging, and with several different ammo makes in my kit, it helps to reload from a new magazine rather than top-loading an existing magazine).ALovelyHorse

1) I am not 100% of how to get them myself. (too much trouble). But I know you need a FBI background check, submit two set of fingerprints, a letter from a local chief law enforcement officer, an ATF tax stamp and other things. But crimes with full auto weapons (legal or illegal) in the US is pretty much zero.

2) "Assault Rifle" is (excuse the pun) a loaded phrase. In the US civilians can really legally own them. (See the above point). They have civilian semi-auto weapons. I live in a pretty safe area, and don't really keep the wepaons only for self-defense. I use them to go target shooting, and I don't want to reload every five round. It also saves on space. Three 30 round is better than having to carry 18 Five Round mags.

This.  I don't own any guns, don't intend to, but all I see from the anti gun folk is misinformation, silly law proposals (like 10 round mag limits, and the fear of any gun that's painted black) and very very vague things like "tighter gun control!"  Wake me up when there are actual solutions proposed.

ALovelyHorse

Also the vegue "Assault Weapon" and thinking that the .223 or 5.56 is some super powerful round. Or talking about banning automatic weapons.

Name one scenario where the average gun owner requires an automatic weapon, or a greater than 5-round magazine. And if you say "Self-defence" I am going to laugh heartily.

1) Automatic weapons are pretty much already banned. You need a lot of paper work to legally get one, and they are all registered. So the average gun onwer will never own an automatic weapon.

2) Magazine with more than 5 rounds can be used for self-defence, but I mainly use them mostly for target shooting. Reloading a weapon isn't some major deal.
