This.  I don't own any guns, don't intend to, but all I see from the anti gun folk is misinformation, silly law proposals (like 10 round mag limits, and the fear of any gun that's painted black) and very very vague things like "tighter gun control!"  Wake me up when there are actual solutions proposed.

Also the vegue "Assault Weapon" and thinking that the .223 or 5.56 is some super powerful round. Or talking about banning automatic weapons.

It is just a coincidence, not really common just they happen back to back.

But this explosion kind of reminds me of the PEPCON plant explosion at Henderson, Nevada back in 1988. It was a plant that makes stuff for solid rocket boosters, and after the Space Shuttle was frozen it had 4500 tons of the stuff. The two largest explosions hit like 3 and 3.5. But thankfully it wasn't that close to residential buildings, only two workers were killed. I just wonder why this fertilizer plant was so close to residental areas, I would think that is something you want away from those areas?

Suicides tend to be impuse decisions, and if somebody can't fine a way to kill themselves in that 30 second window they are considering it, then they don't do it.

It's why most gun deaths of white people are suicides.

Well yea it is impuse, but using a firearm isn't the only way to kill yourself. Also just looking at how they commit suicde is ignoring why they are suicidal.
