i took the ram i added back out, and it still doesn't work. i know the 2 sticks in there are good because the computer has run with them for as long as i've had it.

after installing and removing two sticks of ram, my computer refuses to turn on. when i press the power button, a fan revs loudly, then it makes a BEEP BEEP BEEP noise repeatedly until turned off. the computer monitor remains black, and does not show a BIOS screen or the Windows screen. i unplugged the hard drive in the process of installing the two sticks of ram to create room, but i believe it is plugged in correctly. does anyone know what i can do to fix this?
i just received a new joystick for christmas, and was wondering what some of the best joystick driven games are?
if we're lucky maybe they'll pay attention to IW's mistakes in COD:MW2, and cater better to pc gamers. that's something i wouldn't complain about.
does anyone know what the wattage on a standard dell 531s power supply is? i believe it may be 250 watts, but my computer is at school at the moment and i can't check. i am wondering if this power supply will be capable of running an HD 4650 low profile (in addition to 4GB ddr2 + 500GB hd + amd x2 4400+). i initially had my eye on the 9600gt, but the 4650 has no power plug. thoughts?
