Not to mention last gen there was a jump from Sub HD to HD which you wont see this gen. It's going to be harder for everyone to provide the wow factor but Nintendo will manage it eventually.

I used to love the intricate soundtracks of Final Fantasy. I love the soundtrack to Sonic CD. I am a sci fi nut so I like Deus Ex and Mass Effect soundtracks. Also: Shining Force 2.
As for dislike, any soundtrack I've not liked has always been immediately replaced by my immense CD collection.
I never obssess over the future too much. I wait for something to come out and see the reactions. I look forward to games from certain publishers and developers. But I hardly track their progress as it tends to drive me mad in anticipation.
I know GTAV is coming out, and I've seen a few vids. But until it comes out, I'll largely forget about it.
can't believe we are comparing a next gen console to consoles that are about 6-7 years old. When the ps4/720 come out the wii-u is going to be left behind and get the weaker multiplats of games.

This happens every gen to every console and always has done. When the Mega Drive came out, Flicky looked worse than a master system game. Altered Beast was in no way a jump from the master system days. It happens all the time and yet people seem surprised about it still.
