I mean, is there a difference in speed or performance of RAM that would, say, come in a computer already input and installed as opposed to RAM that you would upgrade later, from a memory disk or a flash drive. I think it can be upgraded in these ways, right? It should run the same as RAM that's already been manufacturally installed, right?

I think I'm content with the video card, since it's mostly a student/college pc.I assume it can play games nonetheless.

No criticism?

I'm just curious if it's gonna be good enough for most things. I'm no hardcore gamer, but I knowit system should play fine.

Haha. I mentioned that I was going to buy one. As in, it needs to be shipped to my house, and then then we'll discuss it.

I am buying a new laptop, and the problem is, well, the HP website mislead me with purchasing the customized laptop with only 1 gig of ram instead of the 2 gigs that I wanted.

Now, I called on the phone complaining, and the lady decided to send in $100 credit for the troubles, telling me to upgrade my ram via a memory stick or something.

Is this an easy process to do? How much will it cost to boost my ram by one gig to make it two gigs? Can someone explain the process of how to go about doing this? Thanks for the trouble.
