You posted pics from the PC version of GRAW. But, even the 360 version looked bad before launch, then within a month or two, shaped up to be one of the best looking games available.

Go downstairs, into the basement maybe? I can understand if you don't have a basement, then...it takes a bit more thinking of where you need to go and what you need to do to keep safe. There's nothing you can do to save your house/belongings, but they don't matter when it's a matter of life and death. 2 AM Man?...I would have crapped my pants. I remember one time when I was young (I think like 4-6 years old) there was a tornado watch for just about the whole night, and then they issued a warning around 1-3 AM. It is definately a bit scary when this is all going on at nigh. You can't see anything coming. And if it's pouring down rain, forget it...you can't hear anything either.
If it's someone's wallet then, yes I would turn it in. If it's a small sum of money, there's really nobody to turn it in to. Now, if it's a significant amount of money, yeah, I'd turn it in to the police.
Well, after about a second of "Holy ****!" reactions, I will get myself downstairs as fast as possible. Then, when I find out that it was just a fire alarm from the Fire hall down the road, I will feel like a complete anus :(. But honestly, thank God, no tornadoes have ever dropped around where I am. There have been active funnel clouds, with rotation, but nothing has ever touched down. My situation nowadays though, living in the woods, would rely on the sirens. With all of the trees around, you wouldn't see a tornado until it's too late. Of course you'd be able to hear it, but when thunder is crashing, winds are blowing, you just aren't going to tune in and realize that there is a tornado. One of my absolute worst fears would be a tornado coming at night. With all the trees around, the wind sounds completely different than in an open area. It is a lot louder of a sensation when the wind picks up (even a little bit), so you just get used to it being louder. So, when you wake up in the middle of the night and all you can hear is the wind, you just fall back to sleep and not think another thing of it.
Well there are some factors here to consider. No doubt the U.S. would win....hands down. The question is, how bad would they beat Canada? If this war were to take place right now (let's say any military involvement anywhere else is done) and the U.S. is 100% focused on Canada, and vice-versa. The U.S. would win in a good quick fight (maybe a few months). Now, if this was 10 years from now, I'd expect the U.S. to completely overtake Canada in a matter of a week or two. There is a reason for all that military $$funding$$ that the U.S. has.
