what is the best video card i can buy for under 150 dollars and prefferably nvidia so i can take advantage of physx and a link on a .ca website cuz im in canada

Most models of the 6850 and other graphics cards will come with a small DVI to VGA adapter that you just place on the gpu's dvi port so do not worry too much about that. You can actually see it in the last picture for this one

but wouldnt the quality be greatly reduced?

also the only version of the gtx 460 with vga was 219 dollars, way more than i can spend right now.

the parts i am looking to buy are

processor:amd phenom 2 x4 965 black edition

ram: cruciall ballistix 2 gb ddr3

video card: radeon hd 5770

motherboard: ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATx motherboard

power supply:not sure can you help

case: from my old pc

optical drive : dvd writer from my old pc

yeah hows that i am also looking to buy windows 7 but thats not an imediate concern. is this a good pc? or are there better parts for the same price?
