Good grief, when will CloudStrife shut up & stop spreading ridiculous FUD?
Ridiculous FUD? Read the links I posted before bickering nonsense, if you want to debate with me about it, let's go ahead. Go debunk me. Nobody has, except people have been assuming to know Sony's intentions. I've posted links about DRM patents and interviews where Jack Tretton said they would allow publishers decide whether games have DRM or not. Naysayers have posted no evidence otherwise, but conjecture.
Funny how you can assume that Sony never planned on implementing DRM? What are you, a Sony employee? Just because they don't announce it to the whole world doesn't mean that they weren't planning it. Ever heard of trade secrets?
Again, as I have told others. If you can assume that Sony never intended on implementing DRM. Show me the proof. If you don't have any proof then I can safely assume too that Sony was indeed planning to implement DRM. I have partial proof showing that Sony was considering DRM with the interview and patents.
Give me the proof that Sony was never considering DRM and we'll settle this once and for all. Otherwise, all you say is conjecture.
It's also so very funny that you had to post off site about me. I never said PS4 had DRM. If you read my post then you would know that all I was saying that Sony was considering DRM. But whatever makes you happy man, keep staying in denial fanboy. If it makes you happy :)
I've debated these other people, and they have all ended up admitting that Sony had considered putting DRM, including letting third-party publishers decide whether to put DRM or not, like tormentos.
Their pitiful arguments are funny, saying that third-party publishers are not Sony, which is true, but how is Sony allowing 3rd-party publishers dictate whether there is DRM on your console any different?
Go read the links I posted you blind fanboy.
