"I could care less" means that he somewhat cares, and is capable of caring less.

"I couldn't care less" means he is incapable of caring less, meaning he is completely without care in regards to the subject.

I wish people would shut up about features being "totally useless". They may be to you, but news flash -- you are not the center of the world. There are plenty of people who use the feature and like it, so if you do not, then simply do not use the feature. That's why it's called a feature.

Unfortunately, my brand new XFX Geforce 8800 512 does not allow me to play games period. I am so opposite of happy.
