I dont see your point of only including the price and date or release when asking people why theybought a xbox 360 instead of a PS3. I gurantee the majority of people bought the console they have today based on the exclusives. That is why this guy keeps telling you he bought a 360 because of Halo. Even if the prices were the same and they released at the same time everyone can figure out the types of games that will appear on each platform. I would have chosen Xbox because xbox has way more AAA FPS, its online system is much better, and all my friendswho were on xbl fromthe original xbox got a xbox 360.These factors made it a no brainerfor me. People generally based their descions on what games will appear on each platform and not the availability and price. Your restrictions on reasons why people chose what kind of console theydid are pretty ridiculous.

Yes Gears of War is a AAA exclusive for the 360 because it came out first for the 360. It however, is not a AAA exclusive for the PC because it is simply a port from an original idea that was made for the 360. Do you understand that. The reason NG:S isnt an exclusive on the PS3 is because it went from the xbox to the ps3 where as gears started out on the 360 and then moved to other platforms. Being originally developed for a system and then getting ported to another system does not mean that the system it was orginallydeveloped for isno longer a AAA exclusive. Its hard to explain but do you get it? And no GH2 isn't a 360 AAA exclusive because it came from the PS2.

Sure, I'm a fanboy. Why is it everytime I come on here 360 users talk about Halo, Gears of War, COD4, and Bioshock? Why is it never a topic of Kameo, Dead Rising, Viva Pinata, and Virtua Fighter?

Yea Halo 3 is just like Halo 2 with shinnier graphics. O wait I forgot they added about 5 new vehicles, 4-player co-op online, saved films, tones of new weapons, equipment, Forge. Need I say more. Kill Zone 2 BTW is the most ovverhyped piece of crap.
