-Better quality games

-Might and Magic, Wizardry, Baldur's Gate, and Fallout

-More intimate online experience

1.) Easier to use

2.) No Piracy

3.) Better Games

4.) Better control interface

5.) More secure

6.) Sometimes better graphics

7.) I can lay on my couch and play

8.) I can play in HD while PC gamers can't unless they buy an HD tv

9.) All the good games are made for consoles

10.) More people play on consoles

So those are my reasons, what are yours?

Why are you being so mean?  You don't even know the guy, and here you are treating him like dirt just because he wants the PS3 to have the same treatment from Bethesda as the Xbox.

 Performance? How do you measure performance? Benchmarks. What do you use to run a benchmark. A program. These CPUs cannot be directly compared in terms of performance. You guys can debate all you want, but there will never find proof one way or the other. Both CPUs perform very well in different areas.Rikusaki

It depends on the program.  If it's built directly off the machine language, then it doesn't matter because the data will be executed the sameway.
