[QUOTE="Cracker__Jack"]Is your CPU fan istalled properly? IS your RAM overheating?. Try to REFORMAT your drive and start over. It may have been a corrupt install.da1on2
My fna is in good, if not my CPU would overheat(already experienced it) Doubt my RAM overheats. How do I reformat?

Dude FORGET about REPAIRING the intsall. Just INSTALL as though it were new. YOu just have the computer boot from the cd-rom and disable HD boot for the time being. Then it will ask you to delete all partitions do so then create a new partition then it will want to Format drive

Ok here is the situation.

I went to start my computer today, after being gone from it for 2 months. So i go start it, and it works the first time, but i start browsing the web, checking my email, and my computer freezes. So i hold the button for 8 seconds and it turns off. (ctl alt del wasnt working) So then i wait a few seconds and turn my computer on. It boots up the fist black screen (when you go to boot) and then i get the windows xp loading screen, then the screen goes black after that. I wait a little bit to see what happens and i hear a loud beeeeeep that last a few seconds, then it stops and i hear it again, and it repeats....

It would help a lot for ideas on what do to or if my computer is shot.

Please help and Thanks for all that give suggestions.

Just Reformat the drive and reinstall windows. 95% of the time this always corrects the problem. People always assume their PC is "Shot" when all they have to do is this simple procedure first before anything. If it doesn't work then I might assume its the Motherboard

I would have to say Doom3 by far. FEAR was like watching any scary movie on DVD and Bioshock was just too cool to look at to be scared.

HL2 is scary for you.... then Fear would do the same thing. Bioshock would make you wet your pants though.Luminouslight

Whats so scary about BioShock? I played it and Doom3 was by far scarier the first time. Bioshock just kept me saying "Cool""Awesome"
