I'll second both Hotel Dusk and Professor Layton. Hotel Dusk is more of a "traditional" detective story, in that you roam around talking to suspects and collecting clues. Professor Layton has these elements as well, but the focus of the game is more towards the dozens and dozens of puzzles and riddles you are presented with over the course of the adventure.

Both games are fun and have excellent artstyles, so you would do well to pick them both up.

I would love to finally see a sequel - preferably one that maybe uses Lost Planet's engine.

Oh, I definitely break out the classics every now and then. In addition to my current-gen consoles, I also have a NES, SNES, Genesis (with a Power Base Converter for Master System games), N64, Dreamcast and PS2 set up, not to mention the original Gameboy titles I've been playing on my GBA SP.

I think the TC's point is that a new Chu Chu Rocket should be released, not about whether or not it is available on other systems. It was a cool little game and I think it would perform very well as a download via WiiWare, XBLA, and/or PSN.

An updated version, preferably.

It was suppose to be released at June 19th. Someone said July 7th. So, about another week.:roll:

I think it was ORIGINALLY supposed to be coming out in March or April. Each time the launch date came around, they pushed it back another month (it's been pushed back at least three times now).

I'll take the optimistic route and assume thatthis means that they are making the game even BETTER than the version Nintendo Power reviewed. :D

I could have sworn I heard that the IP was active again, but that could have meant Sega was merely considering the possibility of perhaps one day talking about a sequel/port/rehash.

It seems like the game would be better suited for the DS, though.
