I think you're deliberately being obtuse. It's not a difference in opinion if it's a common and reliable trend. If you compare the top-rated games on GameSpot to the top-rated games on all other sites, you'll see that they're pretty much the same across the board. What's more isthat GameSpot's reviews list all the same pros and cons of the other sites. GameSpot, however, clearly grades their games based on a different (ie: more critical) criteria. A 9.0 game from IGN is roughly comparable to a 7.5 - 8.0 on GameSpot.
Conversely, I would say that IGN typically reviews their games a tad too generously. It's not so much a "difference of opinion" as it is understanding how the grading scales work on both sites.
