Pictobits, really? That and Zengage are the only games I don't have. Even though IGN's Craig Harris rated Pictobits higher than the other games in the series so far, it just didn't sound appealing to me.

If the poll continues like this, however, I might just reconsider.

Man, if I actually bought every DS game I saw on sale this weekend, I would have a stack of some of the highest-rated games for the system!

FFCC Echoes of Time for $25
FFCC Ring of Fates for $16
GTA CW for $20
Viva Pinata: Pocket Paradise for $20
Chrono Trigger DS for $20

Oh, and Wal-Mart has Animal Crossing: Wild World marked down to $34.95, so everyone get while the gettin's good!

Hmmm . . . Gamespot only allows 5 options for a poll, huh?

So obviously I'm missing two more options: "Precipice" and "Not Applicable"

Do the best you can, then. ;)

My favorite of the 5 I was able to list is Base 10, although I'm really enjoying Precipice, the most recent addition.

the DSiWare hasn't gotten any of these games (although I think two of them went to WiiWare). However, I don't think the Art Style games the DSi is getting right now are original, because Craig Harris was talking about thema while ago, before the DSi came out(again, under the Bit Generations name).

In my opinion I think that it will be better than the Nintendo DS version.

I really doubt it. Chinatown Wars was specifically designed from the ground up to play on the DS, so it's going to lose a lot of its charm by being ported to the PSP.

I'll still buy it, though.

What games do you own that don't get the attention you feel they deserve?

For me it's Henry Hatsworth inthe Puzzling Adventure. Anyone who loves games like Wario Land, Mega Man X, Castlevania, Mario Bros, and Tetris Attack should absolutely rush out and buy this game.

You know, they might. The Art Style series was originally released in cartridge form for the GBA in Japan as the "Bit Generations" series.

I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they released an Art Style compilation. That would be a really good Club Nintendo prize, in fact!

Wow, what a coincidence! I just came back from Fry's andI was amazed by how low their prices were. FFCC Echoes of Time for $25?! I've never seen that game for less than $35 anywere else. And I nearly bought Chrono Trigger myself for $19.99. Viva Pinata: Pocket Paradise was also pretty tantalizing at $19.99.

As it is, I came home with Summon Night for $15.99 and TrackMania for $13.49. I might go back for Chrono Trigger or EoT later, though.

Did anyone else find Dawn of Sorrow excruciatingly boring? I was so relieved to be done with that game. Other than the boss fights, the game just felt so tired and derivative, as if they were trying so hard to make it as much like Symphony of the Night as possible that they forgot to make it fun.

Too bad I don't know you guys better. The Game Crazy down the street from me has had Advance Wars DS sitting on a shelf collecting dust for months. It has a case, don't know about instructions. I'd buy it for someone, but again . . . oh well.

Kudos to whomever mentioned Tetris DS. I've never seen that game outside of my own collection.
