If this game plays anywhere close to as good as it looks, then I think we might have a bona fide hit on our hands. I've been keeping an eye on this game since it was discussed at E3 - it looks very promising.

It's pretty good. It's not exactly the life-changing experience that the hype will have you believe, but it's probably the best point-and-click adventure games on the system, all things considered.
Yes, it's quite good - one of my favorites on the system, in fact.
Whether or not YOU will think it's good depends on your tastes, however.
So in the midst of the mass hysteria surrounding the Pokemon Gold & Silver remakes, has anyone considered the inevitable remake of Pokemon Crystal?
Although I'm not much of a Pokemon fan, I've been entertaining the idea of picking up SoulSilver next year, since that was pretty much the only Pokemon game that I have played. But if the superior Crystal is coming down the line, I'll probably hang on to my $30 a bit longer.
What about anyone else?
I don't particularly care for the first rifle you get in the game. My strategy has always been to leave the first wave of weapons as-is until you actually start getting better versions. I usually start upgrading the next handgun/shotgun/rifle.
God, just talking about this game makes me want to play it again. Such a fantastic experience from beginning to (almost)end!
Every couple weeks or so I beat myself up for getting rid of my original Gameboy. That thing was in immaculate condition and I had all of the best games (including Mega Man 1 - 5) complete with their boxes and instructions. I pawned the whole collection for $75 when I was in high school.
Stupid, stupid, stupid . . .
Uh, sorry fellas - but just because a movie has Spielberg's name attached to it doesn't mean it's going to be any good. Did anyone see Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? He directed that abomination.
For the record, I've never agreed with NP's reviews; they've always been either too high or too low. My prediction is that the game won't "suck," but it will be rather boring and uninspired. I'm betting that within a few months its price will be dropped, like Moon did. I'll probably pick it up then.
