Xenogears on the PS1 Hands down in the story dept. No other game even comes remotely close to the sheer complexity and depth of the story in this game. Filled with many themes such as love and revenge, God and Machines, and ultimately what it means to be human. It is epic and if you ever get a chance to play through it i highly recommend it.
This info is unconfirmed and is just a short list of SOME additions to the game. Infinity Ward has one of the best track records out of any developer so I wouldn't be too concerned as of now; with this limited release of potential improvements, as to whether COD:MW2 will be just another rehash like COD:WaW. Trust me, the next COD from IW will be AAA as always.
I would have to say that now, since gaming is more popular than ever, there has been a rise in developers out to make a quick buck; all while promising fancy new "innovative" features for their titles. But this trend is nothing new, it's just a LOT more prevalent now that the industry has gotten so huge. So when you look for games now make sure you do a little bit of research and find quality titles that suit your tastes, or you could be sucked into that remorseful void the TC mentioned after completing a game.

When I had a 360 i would buy about 5 games a year that i planned on playing online.
I then realized that because of xbox live, i was actually paying 10 dollars extra per game, then I would have been if i bought those games on Ps3
thats when it hit me how good of a deal it was that the PSN is free. and how big a ripoff the 360 is.
for example i will be playing co-op on RE 5 for $60 but on the 360 it would have cost me $70 dollars to play coop.

Just because you pay a fee for live does not equate to you adding an "extra" ten dollars to whatever online game you buy because you are not paying to play the game online you are paying for the xbox live service which is totally separate from whatever game you buy. Quit trolling. Why are people still having this conversation about the 50 dollars A YEAR you pay for XBL? It equates to like 10c a day to play online, if you can't afford XBL you probably should not have an Xbox in the first place. Give me a break.
I am just amazed at how Capcom managed to take everything about the classic SF2 and update it without ruining the classic gameplay. It's like someone said "Hey SF2 was basically perfect let's just update the graphics and add JUST enough new spice to make it amazing."
So in a word, YES, Street Fighter 4 is the best fighting game this generation, if not of all time as of now.
The shield gun is not that big of a deal, in fact it will only save you from damage for a quick second. You cannot just "run around with it" because to activate it once cost 15 points of ammo and it drains at 1.5 pts a second, THEN once it absorbs damage (say ONE shock combo which is up to 80 damage) it collapses....I don't know what version you're playing where you don't have to dodge.
I wish I could be excited about this but UT3 is awful on the consoles, and my PC isn't monster enough to handle UT3.

I really fear for this franchise though. IMO UT2k4 is the absolute pinnacle of the series. And while I DO like the return of UT3 to its UT99 roots, why did they have to remove so much of the wall dodging and crazy jumps you could do in UT2k4. It really added a whole level of depth that has never been matched in any other FPS to date. I hope the next iteration is a combination of UT3 and 2k4 somehow. BRING BACK MY MID AIR WALL JUMP SHOCK COMBO!!

If you mean with the controller, PS3 version supports kb/m you know? Also supports mods. Despite Kb/m support on PS3 it still isn't very good. Plus it divides the community into haves and have nots. There is no way I would get into a server with a dude in there who is descent at UT3 and I have a dual shock and he has kb/m. The hit boxes on the PS3 version are FAR too big, and as with all FPS on consoles there is a twinge of aim assist. It will always be a bastard version compared to PC.
