you can set an auto off up to 5 hours just go to Settings>Power Save Settings>System Auto-Off, Depending on your connection i would set its to either 3 or 5 hours.
Is it like any demo where you can pause downloads and resume from the same point at a later date or do I have to download the whole thing in one shot?

im not sure if it caches your progress but you definitely cant download in the background Bummer, looks like I'll be trying to DL it overnight tonight. Does this download come after the first update is downloaded because that's where I got to before I had to lease ealier. The first update completed. It was like 122 MB. You can press ps buttion and quit, and go back to it, it will resume where the Download left off.
