So when i go to START>>SHUTDOWN, it goes to Installing update 1 of 7 , Your computer will shut off automaticly then it go's to BSOD

This is the stop error >>*** STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x000000003, 0x84494858, 0x844949CC, 0x805D1204)

But before all this happend. i would turn on the PC then after windows booted up it would Restart after a minute or two

Then i Right clicked on MY COPMUTER>>PROPERTIES>> Then clicked Advanced tab Start up and recovery SETTINGS then under system failure

i unchecked Automacticlly Restart Box. so i can see the error instead of the computer restarting an X amount of times.

then i replaced the RAM and thought i fixed it, and now it brings me back to BSOD when shutting down. now i can have the computer on for aslong as i want

with out it crashing, but when i shut down normally it does the Blue Screen, what should i do?

the OS is

I looked into it and found this TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) from '97.

ISSUE: Some vehicles may experience the idle speed
fluctuating when coming to a stop after a cold start

when im at a stop light and or in park The engine idles unsmoothly.

Im guessing it's idleing unsmooth cause the accleration is going against the brakes.

i did a test on a open road, i brought my car to a stop and let off the brake and DID NOT touch the gas pedal,

my car modaratly went from 0 to 5 mph then from 5 to 10 to 20 then finaly 25 MPH. im guessing thats bad.

and im not sure if thats a sticky cable or what. BTW just got oil chaged today.

Just Wonding what i should i do about it.

the car is a 94 ford temp.
