After playing the beta; I'll grab this when it's 75% off.
EA doesn't understand what made the first Mirror's Edge great, and cashed in with the 'sequel', adding arbitrary gamey mechanics (open world trope crap) that weren't needed, and forcing story and 'identity' down your throat with unlikable characters.
Granted it's not a bad game, but it's not Mirror's Edge 2.
@Zloth2: Because they still believe 21:9 monitors are cheating, in an era where every monitor manufacturer has them, and some have multiple gaming ones that even go to 200Hz.
Not to mention every other modern FPS supports them.
They claimed the UI was a problem on it, but when the hex edit was discovered, we found out they flat out lied; the UI is no different.
Remember, this is from a company who didn't want to put an FoV slider in the game because those who checked the options menu would have an unfair advantage. I don't even..
I'd know, I bought an X52 and within 3 days it was already starting to fall apart. Shame that nothing really matches it in function..
Seems the only thing that actually has any decency to it is the extremely overpriced arcade sticks, which no normal person could afford buying just to play fighting games casually.
Maybe after their company falls apart they'll start actually releasing quality products that aren't upcharged 300%.. but I doubt that.
Jeez these comics are going out of whack lately. First Captain America is randomly now evil, and then superman is randomly now dead and has a parallel universe clone.
Good thing I don't read them and don't care at all about canon!
Oh look, someone else dying due to 'complications' from a medical treatment.
The medical industry needs to get their shit sorted out. So many important or influential people have died as a result of this; and that's not even including all the drug induced deaths from proper dosages by average citizens.
