So people are saying that since this one site deemed it average, it's just overall average? That's like saying as long as one state voted for a president that the other 49 states hated, that state's president won.
Well, a pretty lame E3 all around. Nintendo had the best showing, though.

Yeah last year's E3 was much better. But the more I see/read stuff on the WiiU, the more excited I become. I am just totally shocked that not a single first party game was shown. D: Seriously. The best thing I've seen come out of E3 is Prey 2.Really? I thought it looked lackluster compared to the first one, which I loved. Anyway, UC3, Skyward Sword, and the Zelda tech demo are the hitters that impressed me so far. Let's see how things go from here.

Agreed. And I swear I am going to go insane if someone says Uncharted is just cinematic. Uncharted is some of the most fun I have had in a long time, and the gameplay makes me feel nostalgiac for some reason. The MP mode gives me a similar satisfaction that Goldeneye 64 gave me back in the day.

All Uncharted has going for it is production values and it's "cinematic" nature.
lol yes I have a big problem :P. What games (BESIDES UNCHARTED) in your opinion, have been based around cinematics, but suck in the gameplay category? I cannot think of one that has amazing cinematics and awful gameplay honestly. Funny enough, the best I can think of is Mass Effect 2, which is not awful, just needs a lot of work. I think the combat in ME1 was better. That said, 3 sounds much better.
3 won't change anything drastically. It will have the same combat system as 2 with a few gameplay tweaks. The RPG elements in the last game were helpful, but not really needed, as you can run&gun the whole game on insanity . Can't see how they'll change in 3.

I gotta give it to UC2. I know people hate on it to death, but if I had to show someone that one game that could appeal to everyone, this would be it. Not to say there are better choices, just UC2 seems the best one in my eyes.

More processing power is needed to handle the connection to the server and all the communication needed to maintain an Internet connection, hence less processing power to give to the visual part. Oh got it but i dont think mulitplayer is needed .. For a not so lengthy SP, MP is needed , but to some extent. No-one would care about MP if Uncharted was 20+ hours, but it's not , so MP is there to keep the game alive. Though to be fair, UC2 is amazing due to it's SP, so I guess the game will sell the same amount without MP, but who knows.
