We finally got the big snow storm that Ontario and some US states got8)

Unfortunately by time it got here, it was time to go to school:( Now there is about 4" of snow on the ground, but the dam snow plows keep cleaning it all up:x

I really hope I have a snow day tomorrow.

Also on my way home I stopped and bought a "case" for my ipod nano since lately its been getting a lot of scratches on it, I also bought the "iPod Radio Remote", since I was getting tired of just listening to my music and I want to sometimes hear the news while I'm at school since my school never informs us of anything big (ex: Dawson Shooting).



(the case seems to be build for 1st Gen Nano's though, but atleast mine still fits in it8)

First of all, its -19°C outside right now (-31°C with the wind).

So it sucked because I have a 15 min walk from my bus to my school, by time I got to school my ears were burning like hell.

During 4th period, someone pulled the fire alarm. So everyone had to go outside, IN THE ****** COLD WITH NO JACKETS! Well, there was 1 person in my class who did have his jacket with him in class, so that lucky little bastard didn't freeze his *** off:x

On my way home, I almost miss my bus and that would have really sucked because its about 10 min until the next one comes. When I get on, its pretty much packed so I'm stuck like right infront of the door. Eventually this stupid *** kid gets on the bus with his huge *** school bag, the fool doesn't even bother to take it off to make room.

So ya, that was my day.
Now that I'm home, I put the heat in my room as high as it will go and now its just time to wait for 24 and Prison Break to start8)

Well I just got back from yet another suspension (3 days this time) and I realized a few days ago that I finnaly got my emblem for voting8)

I also got Windows Vista8)
I got it on its release date and I skipped half a day of school so I could get it asap. And just as I thought, when I was getting mine there was about 5 other people there who were also getting it.



Also going to be buying 1GB of memory today since as you can see in the pic, I apparently only have 510MB of usable memory. And that is no good since Vista won't run the way its meant to be run until I have atleast 1GB.
But all these years since I've had my pc, I thought I had 1GB installed in my pc. But when I installed Vista, that number went down because Vista reset my BIOS settings which means my memory was no longer overclocked and I could see the real number.

Woohoo! I'm finnaly level 27!

Yay, I just got my fist Mp3 player:lol: Kind of sad since Mp3 has been around for a long time and I just never bothered to go out and buy one.

Anyways, I got the 2GB iPod Nano. Its all I need since I don't have that many songs that I want to put on it, though I have more on my PC.





Also just got off a 14 suspension afew days ago, apparently I insulted someone. And somehow I got a friend request while I was suspended:lol:

I expect to be level 27 tomorrow.

I should have gotten it a while ago, but there was a lot of days that I didn't feel like coming on GS to boost my level.

Oh well, I'm finally here and already have 2.85%8)

Well I wanted to try find a clearer reason for why the contests that GS includes Canada to be a part of but excludes Quebec. This is what I found out, and it seems pretty dam stupid:

When a sweepstakes is open to Canada, you will usually see that it is void in the province of Quebec. This is because of the stringent rules the Regie des Loteries et Courses du Quebec imposes, e.g. the company offering the contest must have a head office or place of business in Quebec. That leaves out a huge number of companies and their promotions. As a result, many companies just void Quebec in their elegibility rules.

The only recourse for residents is to confront their lawmakers and demand a relaxation or removal of these regulations concerning contests.

In the meantime, however, you can get a comprehensive view of what is currently available to enter at Yassine Bichri's site for Quebec sweepers. Although it started only two months ago, Quebec Concours is already getting 2,000+ hits daily. Listing almost 200 sweeps (and growing) this site endeavors to target a group usually excluded from entering sweepstakes and contests.

Quebec residents should bookmark this place and get together to remove the laws that prohibit them from enjoying all the swseepstakes and contests the rest of us enjoy.

Why is the government of Quebec so stupid as to allow Loto-Québec to control who can have contests here and who can't:cry::x

Looks like GS managed to find a way to fix the gltch that I've been exploiting through many levels, and I think some others have started aswell.

I think this because last night I did exactly what I always did to boost my level, but I only got 1%:lol: I still don't want to say how I'm boosting my levels just incase it hasn't been fixed.

Finally got my plane tickets to go to my moms for christmas!8) And I get to miss a week of school +my 2 weeks of christmas vacation:D
