production: dr. dre, kanye, dj premier, just blaze, rza features: jay-z, royce, nas, d12 (with a proof verse), and maybe a lyrical newcomer like j.cole or jay electronica that would be soo epic

yeah, thats pretty disappointing... i'm sure all of the songs will sound at least a little different (some will sound wayy different...apparently 'runaway' is over 6 minutes now) also, i dont know how accurate this is...but i've seen a couple people online say that kanye still has 2 weeks to turn in the final mixed/mastered version of the album so there may still be room for change in the tracklist? who knows, i gotta say though its pretty weird that he's offically released half the album for free already
i dont think they could have had any other 2 rappers on that cover that i care about less.... and LOL at them both grabbing their crotches while 50 has his arm around him
yeah kind of. it was the first time that dan the automator had worked with both del and damon albarn. automator and damon albarn ended up doing the first gorillaz album together, with del on like 2 or 3 songs. they've changed a lot now, automator has nothing to do with gorillaz anymore I CANT WAIT FOR THIS ALBUM
Not reading that, but apparently the beats have been done for years but Del was hella slow writing the lyrics. Will listen to 3031 when it comes out for sure.Balimi

I had given up on a sequel to this ever coming out by now...this is some of the best hip-hop news i've heard all year!! be sure to watch the video, del plays a couple songs from the album and they sounds pretty amazing, especially that last one. i'm sooo hyped for this!! i remember finding out about 3030 from this board probably 6 years ago lol

agreed. i can't believe CRS is still going, i thought it was gonna end up just being a 1-time thing. kanye and lupe killed it, the beat coulda been better though (only because of the ridiculously high standards that the rest of the good friday tracks have set)

yeah, I just can't listen to him for an entire track
he's improved his flow a lot on this album imo, but it's his voice that makes people not feel him i think. he just kinda sounds like a random white guy, nothing really original or outstanding with his voice at all. i can def tell he's made an effort to try new flows and improve his lyrics though. based on all the features on the album though, i'm sure he knows that the production is what people wanna hear from him
