@LoatheMe @DarkSaber2k Worth it for the safeguards in place to prevent shit like.....well...this. Hell. maybe they DID try Kickstarter but got rejected thanks to all the bad press Dyack has following him around.

@Celsius765 They've mostly been making shit games, blaming the games on other companies "sabotage", refusing to pay licence fees they owed and been sued into oblivion and non-existance for it. Oh, and it's mostly Dyacks direct fault. Good to know your donation is good hands, right? (P.S. Since it's not being done through Kickstarter and is only copying their layout, you have no guarantees of getting your money back should they fail to reach their target too.)

Dyacks involved, no dice. Also suspicious about them skipping Kickstarter. Why? My guess is because Kickstarter insists you give a frank and honest write-up of the risks involved with the project. And I guess being forced to put "We've made a string of shit games since ED and got our former studio sued into oblivion for not paying what we owed" wouldn't go down to well.
