@Mendax2013 @Aleperez75 PS4 hasn't given details one way or the other yet. They have just been suspiciously evasive on the whole thing. That's not the same as "there are no restrictions" by any stretch of the imagination. Heck, they have even conceded it would be down to the publisher, so there will at least be SOME requirements/restrictions.

Yeah, those PS3 gamers REALLY felt the Skyrim love didn't they. And how awesome is that Skyrim creation Kit they released for people to make mods on the 360? Or that High Rez Texture Pack they released for the consoles. Oh that's right they didn't.
