Seriously though i'm a new X360 owner myself, and you will want more than the games you mentioned as we always do. And looks like the ones you listed for the Wii are the only good ones there with maybe a few more. The 360 has a good library of games and can easily find a lot more to try out from your original pick, unless you can't be bothered getting the 360 sent back to be fixed multiple of times from what i heard from others. I only had my X360 for a month so can't really confirm from my own experience.

That depends what you mean by lasting 10 years, do you mean until it's succesor gets released (PS4) or until thy actually stop manufacturing on the system? Cause bare in mind that the PS2 was released 8 years ago and is still going quite strong (or until they finally make PS3 models properly backward compatible again) and even the PS1 lasted a bit after the PS2's release and believe i heard somewhere that the last PS1 game got released in 2005 (10 years later).

Probably cause they are the ones that mindlessly buy a lot of crap due to it's heavy advertising and their lack of knowledge on what a REAL good game is supposed to be like, and that crap is beating the fanboy's favourites on sales.

That's a bit over-dramtic, people should remember back when the PS2 struggled a lot in it's first couple of years and look at it now as everyone is listing it among their top 5 consoles of all time. We will see at the end of this generation how well the Wii/360/PS3 has done.

Too expensive? The price has been one of the main reasons why the Wii is outselling everything else. You wouldn't have been saying this a few weeks ago before the Xbox 360 price cut.

Sorry for bringing up something old here but i just had to comment on this.

I couldn't believe how nobody picked this up or stated this already.  There is a reason why the Gears of War pic is better than the MGS4 one.  It's a CGI movie Vs. In-Game graphics.  If you actually take another picture of the same scenario but in a different angle and it looks like that i'll give you $100 :lol:

The Xbox 360's GPU and CPU are far superior to the PS3s, so Kojima has easier and superior hardwar eto deal with.

As simple as that then?....  Seeing as you know so much perhaps you could go in-depth and give us full detailed specs as to why the GPU and CPU are much better than the PS3 as that was what i was originally looking for?
