Rukia would win.

Momo does not strike me as someone who could overcome Rukia's shikai nor Rukia's ninja like skills. (Rukia is always coming out of no where)

Dontel (Reveler)

Appearance: 66cm long, green woven grip, tsuba in the shape of two clashing triangles (think star of david), sheath is glossy green with 3 tassels with emerald orbs hanging from them around where the tsuba would rest when sheathed. (green is referring to emerald green)

Shikai: Soar into the red horizon, Dontel

The center of Dontel's blade rivets and forms terraced arrow shapes extending from the hilt to the tip of the blade. Both sides of Dontel's blade (surrounding the terraced arrows points) sharpen and mimic a finely honed razor. The arrow points lodged into Dontel's blade can be detached and thrown through the air acting as razor sharp projectiles. The points will return and assimilate with Dontel's blade, so that they may be fired again, before they hit the ground. If they are lodged into a target they can be forcibly called back with the command 'Nest'

Bankai: Dontel Reveler

The entirity of Dontel's blade shatters and forms razor sharp arrow points similar to the points from the shikai form, except they sport an emerald green tint. These points can be controlled by me, via hand movements, and thrown at my targets. When given the command 'Reveal' they become emerald colored birds that soar through the skies according to my command. The beaks and feathers of these birds are razor sharp and rend flesh,muscle, and bone. Should they be injured they assume their weaponry form and return to me, voiding any harm they would normally receive. When floating passively the points and birds circle me around the chest and outside my arms.

Note: in shikai there are 11 projectiles in bankai there are 37 projectiles/birds
