While not quite as good as his work with Nevermore, this album is still one of the best things to ever grace my ears. Pure win from start to finish.

Ah SP...this is the band that got me back into other genres of music after a long metal only phase...still remain one of my favorite none metal bands. In my opinion, Siamese Dream is pretty much the best Alt Rock album IMO...not much I have to say on this...just listen to it...and hopefully love it:P

The album that got me interested in the more progressive side of power metal (And later, the more progressive side of music overall). Unholy Wars remains to this day, my favorite power metal song:D

While many people seem to prefer their earlier work with Andre Matos, I personally prefer the stuff with Falaschi...while I think Matos is a better vocalist, I think the the rest of the music improved on the albums with Falaschi just a little bit.:P

Not really much I have to say on this one...just listen to it...and love it:D

45 is....

Twilight Of The Thunder God by Amon Amarth.

I can pretty much sum this album up in one word: Epic. From start to finish this album is pure fist raising fury....even the album cover is epic:D The only slight flaw I can find is the somewhat weak Guardians Of Asgaard, which is still fairly good.

For me, this album stands slightly above the rest of the bands album for a couple of reasons, 1: The title track:....seriously, this track single handedly got me into this band, and it still remains the very best song this band has ever done in my opinion. and 2: Variety....while the band still pretty much stick to the same formula they always have, they change it up just a little bit this time around. From the guest solo in the title track, to the guest vocals in Guardians, to the cellos provided by Apocalyptica in Live For The Kill, these minor little things help make things just a little less repetitive this time around.
