Two times the charm..

Ok, why am I writing two journals on the same day? Must have not a lot of time for work. Anyway, this time, I just want to talk about how much the old-school games are better than the stuff today

Lets take one of my all time fave companies, Capcom, who have made some of the greatest games ever made. Back in the days when I began gaming, they were god to me, creating two of the greatest SNES games imaginable, Street Fighter II and Mega Man X, these are the two reasons why I loved my SNES and why I loved gaming in general. During the years, the consoles got better, but then I played the Resident Evil games (1,2,3 on PS1) I lost my faith in Capcom. Then, it got restored when I played a game by the name of Marvel Vs Capcom. That one game restored my faith in Capcom, and I slowly started to play the other games in the VS series, Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Street Fighter 3 (don't ask me what version, but the two were both in the arcade) and loved them as well. I played Rival Schools (in ***) and I reckon that it is still one of the best presented fighters today (no other fighting game is 2-Discs).

When I got my PS2, I wanted to get Devil May Cry and the Onimusha games, based on the good things that I heard. I couldn't get a copy of DMC1 or 2, same with Onimusha. However, when I get a opportunity, I seize it, so I got Onimusha 3, and I love every second of it!

Why am I writing this when I could be writing about Nintendo or anyone else? Well, Capcom have always been one of my fave developers, and I wanted to get in the mood, because I want to get Marvel Vs Capcom 2 soon!

And the beat goes on...

1st Time here

I must be really behind on this, because this is the first that I have heard of it. Anyway, I got a lot of new games recently, including shockers like Catwoman and Driv3r, and very good games like Ape Escape 2 and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

Currently though, I've been playing a lot of Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance and Onimusha 3, two violent, but enjoyable games. Speaking of which, why does everyone complain when ever a violent game is released, ok, for Manhunt, I can understand, but seriously, if the people know that the game is violent, why play it? And why obsess over it? These games can be fun, but killing someone, just because you saw it done in a game? Thats so wrong...

And the beat goes on....till next time anyway!
