Im wanting to start boxing and weightlifting, but I'm a musician and cant afford to damage my hands, as they basically earn my living :D

all Im asking is what are the risks of damage if you do freeweights and boxing training? cheers

thinking of getting mgs4 but am a bit strapped for cash. is it worth saving up and buying or is the single player campaign good enough to just rent and play once?

Ive just bought a ps3 this afternoon and have hooked it up to my pc monitor using a HDMI/DVI, i was told that I could use the AV cable that comes with the ps3 to connect up my speakers so I did that, and i cant get any sound, just some very nice looking games.

anyone know what to do?

Im thinking of buying a ps3 and want to hook it up to my pc monitor using a dvi to hdmi, but it looks like my monitor dosent have any speakers or anything, is there any way i can plug some speakers into the ps3 or monitor?
