The same reason why lems did it for the past 2 years. I remember when Halo 3 came, it was instant ownage and PS3 was dead. Then the hype for Too Human going into 2008 when it was 2007 also marked the PS3's “death”
I'm think Final Fantasy Versus XIII will stay exclusive. Then another completely new Final Fantasy XIII game will be announced for 360. It'd make since, both PS360 get the main series. The both PS3 and 360 get spin off side stories. Maybe they'll also announce a new ip for 360.

If they use the same formula i'm not buying. It was fun in GoW1 and GoW2. After playing GoW2 and COO it gets repetitive. Hopefully they change the viewpoint and make it MGS4 like and very detailed gore and bloody deady bodies. Even more detailed deaths then Gears 2 and Killzone 2 combined.
I wouldn't call GoW3 the best yet, all we have seen is a teaser trailer

Absolutely not The only people who are saying that stuff, is lems afraid of PS3 getting jrpgs. A new Singstar has already been revealed, Eyepet was already shown. Sony's already acknowledged the lack of jrpg on PS3. Plus its in Sony's home turf in Japan. So I think the new PS3 exclusives will all be worthwhile.

Ever since Microsoft kicked Sony in the balls very hard at E3 2008 and cut FFXIII in half making it multi-platform and 360 owning PS3 recently in Japan. Sony has finally opened up their massive crab eyes. At TGS they have 11 SCE published games to be revealed on PS3. I guarantee you that if FFXIII never went multi more then half of those games wouldn't be published by Sony and free to go multi whenever. Sony is finally getting on the ball with jrpg. With the game thought to be non-existent know as White Knight Story receiving much more information and the pre TGS reveal of Demon's Soul with screenshots and info on the game. If you people REALLY cared about Square-Enix, you would be happy FFXIII went multi. That means more money for Square-Enix. That money could be used on better games made by Square-Enix for the future. Better games=more quality and fun for all. In conclusion: FFXIII going multi and 360 beating PS3 in Japan for some weeks is a very good thing because its finally making Sony do something about it. Who knows, it could be a price cut and a Ps3 slim in the near future.
