@Kane04 @daemonproject @xboxkane If nothing else, just the fact that MS has to pay people to damage control on the web, pay channels not to show the competition (i.e. PS4) and so on and so forth should be enough of a give away.

Besides, every developer that did came out and said something said the PS4 IS better, I haven't heard a developer with hands on dev kits saying the X1 is better.

I'm in no way shape or form skilled in any or all traits that are required to make a map, and I know for certain I can do it in one days work.
Its not even remotely complicated, this isn't the 17th century, we're in 2013, Booth most likely never got up from his chair to do this.

Google "Boston subway map" and there's loads and loads of sources, the one Booth made ended up in the game by luck.

But, it comes down to money as always, as like Booth himself said "They are making money off my work"... Seriously? I've beat the game and I didn't saw it, I have no idea where it is in the game.
So how much is this actually worth? 5? 10? 50? 100USD? And that's really pushing the value of something that in court can fairly easy be passed as public domain.
Its value is residual and minimal at best, making a fuzz and claiming its an important part of the game is ridiculous, Naughty Dog could easily remove it with a patch and no one would notice or miss it even the slightest and the game value would remain absolutely the same.

@Monsta1217 @DeanTaker The problem with the PS3 was it was spouse to come with 4 Cell BE CPUs, then they changed to 2 then 1 finally it came out with 1 + the nvidea gpu to aid it.

All and all their only mistake was really over deliver, the blu ray drive did came in handy in games like MGS4, Oblivion GOTY (with all DLCs included in 1 disk!) and FF for example, but mostly it got un used because devs didn't bother putting in the extra effort, why make more when you can charge the same for less?
