Yeah This Is B.S ... I Cant Sign In Either.. All I Wanna Do Is Play Resistance Online.
I do.. I Only Own 1 Game.
Demigodz if its black lines on the sides you need to go into the ps2's system configuration at the start up menu and put it into 16:9 screen mode AND make sure your televisions in widescreen mode. Also if GTA:SA supports widescreen(which I doubt it) you need to probaly select the supposed widescreen option within the actual game. But even if it doesn't support widescreen it should stretch the image.
Lastly, remember there are different kinds of widescreen modes.in example anamorphic widescreen is even wider than widescreen and will leave black bars even on regular widescreen tv's.

GTA SA Does Have Widescreen . So Does VICE CITY. And Ive Already Change It To 16:9.In My PS2 And Iv Tried All The Aspects In My T.V . I Still got Those Black Lines At The SIDES. Anygame I Play Has It.... Im Gonna Go Check My PS2 Agian Right Now To See If Its At 16.9.:) 420 gets every time:P

Yeah Theres No Hurry. The Last Thing You Want To Do Is Rush To Spend That Kind Of Doe On A TV. Another Year Or So And There Is A New Kind Of TV Coming Out.

http://www.canon.com/technology/display/ http://www.hdtvsolutions.com/sed_tvs.htm Im Gonna Sell My Plasma And Buy One Of These For Sure.
Also, from the stuff I read on the internet, LCD's are better than Plasmas in the long run, its that theyre just a little bit more expensive. Anyone can clarify this?

Thats A Straight Up Myth. I Have Both And LCD Is Nothing Compared To A Good Plasma. Lcd Has Motion Blurness. Which Is The Worst Thing For Video Games. And Even Anything With Fast Pased Action. And When I Look At Both On A Angle The LCD Is More Blurry And Harder To Read Things. But Thats Just My Opinion. And I Imagine There Are People Who Disagree And/Or Agree With Me. You Know Its Like Say A Console War. There Will Allways Be A Fanboy. But I Say Plasma Is Better And I Own Both.
420 Is Why My Last Post Was Such Bad Spelling.
i got a regular tv.. how big of a difference is the image going to be? I mean i dont have the money to purchase both and i really want the ps3..is having a reg. tv gonna take away from the graphics, details etc in the game or is it all gonna be the same but less clearer and a crappier draw distance etc? i just wanna know if im gonna be fine with a reg. televisionVegeta69dbzbam6
Having A "Regular" TV Wont Make It Look Worse. So I'd Say You Will Be Fine. Because You Are Use To The TV You Are Using (A "Regular TV") . Like For Example I Used To Own A 27 Inch Tube TV. (A Regular TV) And I Recently Purchased A 42" Panasonic Plasma. And Its Amazing. And Now I Look At A regular TV And Think It Looks Like Garbage. Like I Cant Even Look At A Regulsr TV Without Saying Badthings About. I Will Never Own A Regular TV EVER Again. I Just Cant Go Back.
But Trust Me A Good TV Is A REALLY GOOD Investement. With New Plasmas Having Sixty Thousand Hours And Up Lifespans. There Worth Spend A Few Thousand On.
