It's four times as much as 360 and PS3 have...
Combined with a good enough GPU and CPU, you should be looking at BF3 and Crysis 2 PC level graphics (which would be impressive for a console).
actually it's even more than four times since this is just counting the RAM. It'd be more if you factor in the VRAM which would probably be another gigforgot abour samaritan. make this into a video game. this looks way more awesome Samaritan seems like a much more interesting game concept imo.
