Ok, I want to buy a few new games for various platforms and need advice of all the gaming guru's here!

Which of these should I buy (My budget is limited to about $120):

- Preorder Modern Warfare 2 ($60)

- Preorder Flashpoint: Dragon Rising ($60)

- Buy Batman: Arkham Asylum ($45)

- Buy Little Big Planet ($30)

- Buy Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway ($20)

- Buy Infamous ($60?)

- Buy Prototype ($60?)

I really want to get lots for my money so that I don't have to buy new games for a while.

Modern Warfare 2 and LBP if you want fun with friends or Flashpoint if you want another shooter, albeit completely different from MW2.

All the other games are story only so you would get the most back with your buck with those since they have online. Arkham Asylum is worth a buy as well because it is awesome if you love Batman but a rent could be just as good for it. InFAMOUS is a lot better than Prototype and it actually has some replayability because the Good and Evil story lines are very different. Well at least that's what I heard. I've only done Evil.

I've never played Indigo Prophecy and I probably never will unless Heavy Rain is unbelievable. I'm looking forward to HR because it's going to be a story driven game. I love books with great stories and Heavy Rain seems to be a like a book in video game form.

I agree with you on how this definitely is definitely a niche game and I don't really understand how it's getting so much attention aside from blind fanboys who care about graphics more than anything. I don't even think this game has good graphics but I'm hoping the story is one worth remembering.

Final Fantasy XIII. It's exclusive in Japan and comes out in December.

Before anyone says anything... PS3 IS REGION-FREE! Therefore I can import it and play it and it's still an exclusive to me.

You fanboys really need to stop with the DAMAGE on these two racing games. I don't expect either company to perfect damage physics this gen or possibly even next gen. It's probably a lot more complicated than you think so I think you should stop with the damage. It's getting old.JunkTrap

Does it really matter how the damage looks? If you want to see real damage go outside, go in your car, and ram yourself into the nearest wall and tell me which game is more realistic. I don't know about anyone else but I play racing games to RACE! Something I can't do in real life without getting in jail. ;_;

With that settled, I'm trusting GT. It's a brand I know and have trusted for years and the 5th installment will not dissapoint.

Some publications will review unfinished products. I dont know Gamespot's policy on the issue though

The game's been gold for a few weeks. IGN played the whole game.

Can't wait for Gamespots. Should either blow up the forums with anger or flood it with happiness. Possibly both. Xplay review is tomorrow (29th) btw.

Make a knight and then take my time with the tutorial level so by the time I get to the OHKO boss I can stand a chance.. Or just die.

Also, WHAT HAPPEN TO DS BEING A NICHE TITLE!?! It's becoming so popular now.. Well at least among gamers who go online. =/
