Ok, I saw Spider-Man 3 and thought the movie wasn't as good as could've been. Of the 3 movies, I thought it was the worst movie of all. The main reason was because the film tried to tie up many storylines together and in the main storyline seemed to be rushed. Venom shouldn't have been in the movie; he was a liability. From the looks of it, Venom was just put in there to make everyone happy--the producers and the fans. Because of Venom and the black suit storyline, they had to rush through everything which drastically hurt the development of the major characters. Some parts of the movie also didn't make sense and it seemed like most of the stuff that happened was base on coincidence. So if you want to see the movie, don't expect it to be as good as you hoped it to be.
